PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) - A man whose wife killed herself after he gave her a gun and showed her how use it is facing a possible manslaughter charge in southern Colorado.

The Pueblo Chieftain (https://bit.ly/1iVdjf7 ) reports 70-year-old Judy Chamblin killed herself Wednesday after telling her husband she would kill herself if she had a gun.

Sixty-seven-year-old Murment Chamblin said his wife was upset about money problems when she made the statement as they watched a baseball game. He allegedly told police that he got a revolver and handed it to her. Police say she held the gun to her head but was unable to fire at first. They say she shot herself after her husband showed her how to pull the trigger.

He told police he thought she was bluffing. It’s not clear if he has a lawyer.
