Kenney named Virginia GOP executive director

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Shaun Kenney has been appointed executive director of the Republican Party of Virginia.

Party chairman Pat Mullins announced Kenney’s appointment to the post Wednesday.

Kennedy is a conservative blogger and served as communications director of the state GOP in 2007.
