LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department says light maintenance work will result in the closing of an eastbound lane of the Interstate 30 bridge over the Arkansas River in Little Rock.

The department says the outside lane of eastbound I-30 will be closed on Thursday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., weather permitting, for the work.

Traffic will be controlled with cones and warning signs.

AHTD crews will be replacing a navigational light on the east side of the bridge.
