BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A 55-year-old Bismarck college student accused of having marijuana mailed to him on campus has pleaded not guilty.

KXMB-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1fXfxFi ) that University of Mary student Ronald Turner is charged with attempting to possess a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia. He was charged in February after authorities say they discovered marijuana in a package that went through the school’s mailroom.

Turner could face up to six years in prison and $7,000 in fines if convicted.
