SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) - Cheyanne Wallace had 21 points and 18 rebounds in Sierra Canyon’s 64-37 victory over Justin-Siena in the California Division IV girls’ championship Saturday.

Zoe Goss added 15 points for the Sierra Canyon of Chatsworth Trailblazers (28-4), who won their second state title.

Haley Cremen scored 17 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for the Justin-Siena Braves of Napa (29-7).

After a competitive first quarter, Sierra Canyon outscored Justin-Siena 16-4 in the second quarter to lead 32-15 at the half. The Braves did not score until Sadie Irvine made a basket at the 2:17 mark of the second quarter.

In the third quarter Sierra Canyon’s Wallace, Kennedy Burke and Alexis Griggsby put the game out of reach with a variety of shots from the post, perimeter, and free-throw line. The Trailblazers’ largest lead in the game was at 31 points in the fourth quarter.
