ANALYSIS/OPINION:

Rep. J. Randy Forbes, Virginia Republican, was elected and went to Washington with certain convictions, including religious beliefs similar to those held by the Founding Fathers. To Mr. Forbes‘ credit, these beliefs and policies have not changed, which is quite the exception in Washington.

Mr. Forbes has been an exceptional advocate for Virginia and has been true to his fiscal conservatism. He is one of only 17 members to vote against every bailout and stimulus package proposed under both President George W. Bush and President Obama. He’s been awarded the “Guardian of Small Business” and has been recognized by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for his work on behalf of small businesses. He is an outspoken supporter of the military, agriculture and small businesses, all of which are exceptionally important to Virginia’s 4th District and the nation.

As far as the Senate goes, if you like Obamacare and other Obama policies, then vote for Sen. Mark R. Warner today. Mr. Warner voted for Obamacare and 97 percent of the president’s other terrible policies. If you don’t like Obamacare, its health-care fallout or this administration’s other ruinous policies, vote Ed Gillespie.
