D.C. police have arrested two people in connection with a narcotics operation in Northwest.
On Tuesday, narcotics officers arrested Nicholas Cunningham, 30, of Birmingham, Alabama, and Evonne Lidoff, 18, of the District, and charged them with distributing marijuana.
Police also seized three vehicles in the arrest, each painted with the logo and business information for kushgod.com.
The District legalized marijuana for recreational use in January, but it is illegal to sell or purchase cannabis.
