Since the release of the Planned Parenthood video on Tuesday, there has been an incredible amount of discussion about what the video says, what it means … and what should be done about Planned Parenthood.

Or, more specifically, the people who are outraged by what they saw are asking the question, “What would it take to end all taxpayer funding for Planned Parenthood?”

Doing so would not stop their activity, for their practices are extremely lucrative and could support themselves without Federal funding.

Should we defund them? It seems the answer for many Americans, is “Yes!”

But the follow-up questions are: How? How would that occur? Who starts the process? Where does it begin?

On Thursday, we caught up with Newt Gingrich, former Speaker of the House of Representatives, and asked him these questions. He was in between two meetings, but was able to jump onto a video call and offer us his thoughts.
