CORNELL, Wis. (AP) - The Latest on a crash in Wisconsin that killed four people (all times local):

2:45 p.m.

Authorities have released the names of the four people killed in a crash near Cornell in northwestern Wisconsin.

The Chippewa County Sheriff’s Office named them Sunday as 23-year-old Mikaila S. Toske, 21-year-old Raven A. Ellin and 36-year-old Jonathan J. Jorgensen, all of Eau Claire, and 46-year-old Kristine J. Kummer, of Medford.

Toske, Ellin and Jorgensen were passengers in a minivan driven that collided with a pickup truck in which Kummer was a passenger.

Sheriff Jim Kowalczyk says the crash happened around 5 p.m. Saturday when the northbound minivan either failed to yield or ran a stop sign and collided with the westbound pickup truck.

The four died at the scene. Five survivors, including the two drivers, were taken to Eau Claire hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities say four people were killed and five others were injured in a two-vehicle crash near Cornell in northwestern Wisconsin.

He says it happened around 5 p.m. Saturday when a minivan either failed to yield or ran a stop sign and collided with a pickup truck.

One male and three females died at the scene. Names of the dead have not been released.

The sheriff says both drivers survived. He says three of the dead were in the minivan. He says they were all in their 20s and from the Eau Claire area. One person in the pickup died and was from the Medford area.
