CASA GRANDE, Ariz. (AP) - A man has been accused of randomly shooting two juveniles in Eloy with a BB gun.
An indictment filed last week in Pinal County Superior Court in Florence charges 18-year-old Terrance Harris with two counts each of aggravated assault with a weapon and aggravated assault against a minor.
Both shootings took place at an apartment complex on different dates.
Eloy police tell the Casa Grande Dispatch that a 12-year-old boy was struck in the back by BB shot on Nov. 13 and a 14-year-old girl was shot in the chest with a BB gun on Jan. 6.
Neither victim was seriously injured.
Eloy police say witnesses identified Harris as the shooter in both incidents.
It’s unclear if Harris has a lawyer yet for his case.
