If you watch the video of the incident, where an Israeli-Arab man in an SUV runs over an Israeli soldier, sending him flying into the air, you will be amazed the Jewish man survived with light injuries.  The terror group Hamas, which controls the Palestinian Gaza Strip, praised the attack Sunday on Israeli soldiers and civilians in the Acre jurisdiction in northern Israel.

“We bless the heroic and brave Acre operation, which is an important step in continuing the resistance against the crimes of the occupation,” the Gaza-based group said in a statement, according to reports, wrote The Times of Israel.

Two IDF soldiers, a border guard, and a middle aged Israeli man were injured in the rabid violence.  Police opened fire on the driver, critically wounding him, and he was arrested.

Police labeled the ramming a terrorist attack of nationalistic motivations carried out by an Israeli-Arab. Police placed a gag order on additional details of the incident as the investigation continues, wrote The Jerusalem Post.

There has been coordination between Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran in targeting Israel for violence since the Syrian Civil War has been winding down.  Syrian troops downed an Israeli F-16 recently as the Israeli Air Force retaliated for an Iranian drone downed in Israeli airspace.
