WAREHAM, Mass. (AP) - Wareham Police say a 41-year-old man has been struck by a train.
Police say the accident happened at 8 p.m. Saturday on the tracks in Wareham and multiple police officers, emergency medical personnel and firefighters responded.
The man, who police did not immediately identify publicly, suffered severe injuries. He lives in Wareham.

He was taken to a local hospital, then moved to a Boston hospital.
The accident is currently under investigation.
