GOFFSTOWN, N.H. (AP) - Giant pumpkins will be weighed, carved, dropped and paddled down a river during a two-day festival in Goffstown.
The Giant Pumpkin Weigh Off happens Saturday, while the carving, drop and Giant Pumpkin Regatta are set for Sunday. This year’s theme for the pumpkin boats is “A Goffstown Christmas Nightmare.”
The free festival also includes games, a pumpkin cook-off, the crowning of a pumpkin prince and princess, plus live music, a talent show and other activities.
