If a Game 4 at Nationals Park on Monday is needed in the National League Division Series and there are four games that day, the game will begin at 6:40 p.m., Major League Baseball announced Thursday.
If there are three playoff games that day, the Nationals will host the Dodgers at 5:15 p.m. if the Game 4 is needed.
Washington hosts the Dodgers in Game 3 on Sunday night in the best-of-five series.
There could be four playoff games Monday if the St. Louis-Atlanta series also goes to at least four games, along with the Dodgers-Nationals series.
The Washington series began Thursday night in Los Angeles and Game 2 will be Friday night at Dodgers Stadium.
Tampa Bay will host Houston on Monday and the Minnesota Twins will host the New York Yankees on Monday - both Game 3 of each American League Division Series.
Those game times will be determined depending on how many games there are that day.
