LODI, N.J. (AP) - Two men accused of fatally shooting a man in New Jersey last month now face charges in a second killing, authorities said Thursday.

Nassau County Police announced new murder charges against Douglas Coudrey, 22, and Kenneth Regan, 21, in the shooting death of Justin Gottlieb, 27, in New York on Jan. 14, NJ.com reported.

Both men, who are from New York, have already been charged with murder in the drive-by shooting death of Louis Perez, 27, in Lodi, New Jersey, on Jan. 18.

Four days before, Nassau County homicide detectives responded to a 911 call that a person had been shot in front of a house in East Meadow, New York.

Officials said when they arrived, officers found Gottlieb with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital where he later died.

Coudrey and Regan are both scheduled to be arraigned on the new charges in Hempstead, New York, on Thursday.
