BOSTON (AP) - Two men were killed in Boston in two shootings early Sunday morning, police said.
The shootings happened just a few minutes apart in the city’s Dorchester neighborhood.
The first was reported just before 2 a.m. Police say responding officers found a male gunshot victim.
About ten minutes later, a second man was reported shot about two miles away. Both victims were ultimately taken to a local hospital where they were declared dead.
Police haven’t released further details, including the names of the victims and whether the shootings were connected.
No arrests have been made, but WBUR reports a weapon was recovered at the location of the second shooting. The investigations into the incidents are ongoing.
