Washington right tackle Morgan Moses and wide receiver Steven Sims are active for Sunday’s game against the Cleveland Browns after previously being listed as questionable.

Washington will also see cornerback Kendall Fuller make his season debut. Fuller, who missed the first two games with a knee injury, practiced all week and was taken off the injury report.

Moses did not practice Thursday with a hip injury, but was a full participant with a hip injury. Sims, on the other hand, was limited with a toe injury.

With Moses and Sims active, here who is out for Washington this week:

- Quarterback Alex Smith

- Cornerback Danny Johnson

- Running back Bryce Love

- Linebacker Cole Holcomb (leg)

- Tackle David Sharpe

- Tackle Saahdiq Charles (leg)

- Defensive end James Smith-Williams
