Alec Baldwin says it’s time that someone pummeled President Trump into the ground.

The liberal actor/activist was ready for violence Tuesday night as Mr. Trump squared off against his 2020 Democratic rival Joseph R. Biden for the first time.

“Euthanize the Trump presidency,” Mr. Baldwin tweeted as the two men faced off in Cleveland for a 90-minute debate hosted by Fox News’ Chris Wallace. “Trump needs a beating. … Trump gets bad press because he is a psychopathic, racist, ignorant fascist.”

Mr. Baldwin, who was ordered to take an anger-management class and pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment in January 2019 due to a parking dispute in New York, continued to rage about Mr. Trump throughout the evening.

Similarly, the actor has expressed his disdain for the Republican’s supporters.

“If you vote for Trump again, you are mentally ill,” Mr. Baldwin tweeted in April after the president criticized the World Health Organization for its early response to the coronavirus pandemic.
