Supermodel Heidi Klum has become known for her elaborate, outrageous Halloween outfits — and this year’s costume only adds to her legacy.
Ms. Klum on Saturday posted on social media a teaser for her 2026 costume, showing what appear to be prosthetics resembling human organs.
She told Parade magazine that the look will be “bloody” and will have fans guessing what she is depicting — from coral reefs and Ursula the sea witch to a monster from “The Last of Us” and “Resident Evil.”

She is expected to unveil the full costume at her 25th annual Halloween party on Saturday in New York City. In years past, she has dressed up as E.T., a peacock, Princess Fiona from “Shrek” and Medusa.
Ms. Klum says she started the party in 2000 because she found other Halloween parties and costumes lackluster.
