D.C. Public Schools say they are making adjustments in the aftermath of Tuesday’s earthquake.

Schools spokesman Fred Lewis said school buildings were being inspected for damage and that the only injury he had heard about was a minor one involving a Kelly Miller Middle School student and a falling ceiling tile.

Afterschool programs remained scheduled to help lessen the impact on local roads that became jammed when employees were dismissed early from work.
