Georgetown’s lacrosse season is over. It wasn’t for lack of opportunities.
In a game that was reflective of the entire spring, the Hoyas squandered several chances before dropping a 12-11 decision to Penn State in double overtime.
That makes two straight seasons Georgetown (7-7, 3-4 ECAC) missed the NCAA tournament.
