Blache doubts Haynesworth will play

Albert Haynesworth didn’t practice for a second straight day because of a stomach illness, prompting defensive coordinator Greg Blache to pretty much rule the All-Pro defensive tackle out of Thursday’s preseason finale.

“I don’t suspect that he will,” Blache said when asked about Haynesworth seeing the field in Jacksonville.

So Haynesworth’s numbers for his first Redskins preseason will likely remain: one tackle (for a loss) and a hurry in about 30 snaps. Hardly All-Pro material, although Big Albert did cause havoc in the middle of Pittsburgh’s offensive line during his 11 snaps on Aug. 22.
