PICKET: (AUDIO) Father of killed Navy SEAL - Hillary told me she would have filmmaker 'arrested and prosecuted'

Radio host Lars Larson interviewed on Wednesday Charles Wood, the father of Tyrone Woods, the retired Navy SEAL who was killed in Benghazi during the September 11 attacks on the U.S. diplomatic mission there. Tyrone Woods died trying to protect U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens who also was killed along with Sean Smith and Glenn Doherty.

Charles Woods told Larson that at the receiving ceremony in the United States, when his son’s body arrived, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton addressed grieving family members and later told Mr. Woods, that she would make sure that the filmmaker behind the “Innocence of Muslims” online video would be “arrested” and “prosecuted.”

“She came over…she talked with me. I gave her a hug and shook her hand and she did not appear to be one bit sincere at all and she mentioned about, ‘We’re going to have that person arrested and prosecuted that did the video.’,” recalled Mr. Woods. “That was the first time I even heard about anything like that.” Listen here

Mr. Woods also described how President Obama reacted towards him that same day saying,“(Obama) kind of just mumbled ‘I’m sorry.’ His face was looking at me but his eyes were looking over my shoulder, like he could not look me in the eye. It was not a sincere ‘I’m sorry,’ … and now it’s coming out that apparently the White House Situation Room was watching our people die as this was happening.”

The filmmaker, Mark Basseley Youssef, was arrested on September 27 in southern California on a probation violation and is being held without bond for almost a month. His next court date is three days after the presidential election.

Mr. Youseff’s case, which was originally being handled by AUSA Jennifer Williams was kicked up the chain of command at the Central District of Claifornia to Chief Criminal Division prosecutor Asst. U.S. Atty. Robert Dugdale. AUSA Dugdale is second below Obama appointee U.S. Atty. Andre Birotte.

Mr. Larson appeared on Fox News Channel’s Megyn Kelly’s program on Thursday and discussed his conversation with Mr. Woods. Kelly pointed out:

“I want to ask you about a piece of news that Charles Woods made with you Lars, where he said Hillary Clinton pulled him aside at that ceremony for his son and said, ‘We are going to have that filmmaker arrested.’ That what the Friday after the Tuesday the men were killed and it was the Friday before the Sunday that Susan Rice was on the talk shows saying that it was all about a video. Now you have Hillary Clinton saying directly to him, ‘We’re going to have that filmmaker arrested.’even though we know from these cables we saw this week, Lars, that she was told as it was happening and moments after that this Islamic Jihadist group Ansar Al Sharia was claiming responsibility for it and she knew 20 guys with weapons including RPGS and other weapons were bombing the consulate and unleashing hell.”
