We’ve got an Esmailyn Gonzalez (or whatever we’re now calling him) story on the main portion of our Web site with the latest comments from Nationals team president Stan Kasten that we’ve been trying to keep updated — Click here for the latest.

The juiciest thing Kasten had to say during his teleconference with reporters (Stan in D.C., reporters in Viera, Fla.):

“To say I’m disappointed doesn’t begin to describe how I feel. I’m angry. I’m very angry. We’ve been defrauded. And make no mistake, this wasn’t a college kid with a fake ID that came in and did this. This was a deliberate, premediated fraud with a lot more to this story, and we are going to get to the bottom of it. There were many, many people involved in this premeditated fraud.”

Also, since I’m not sure we linked to it earlier today, the original story is here.
