Who’s up for a little lacrosse as November begins?

Just got the Johns Hopkins schedule for next spring land in my mailbox. Some of it is D1scourse-friendly; other bits of it, not so much. But, as is typical with the Blue Jays, it is loaded with interesting games.

One team that’s gone is Duke, which means the Hop no longer is in position to apply for associate membership in the ACC. It also means that a program that usually takes on all comers realized it was time to do some things to avoid staring at a sub-.500 record in April again.

Here’s the rundown of what Dave Pietramala and the Blue Jays are looking at next spring:

Feb. 20: Siena, 6
Feb. 28: Princeton (Face-Off Classic @ M&T Bank Stadium), noon
March 3: at UMBC, 7:30
March 7: Hofstra, noon
March 14: at Syracuse, TBA
March 21: Virginia, 8
March 28: at North Carolina, 2
Apr. 4: Albany, noon
Apr. 11:
Maryland (Day of Rivals @ M&T Bank Stadium), TBA
Apr. 18: Navy, 2
Apr. 22: at Towson, 7:30
Apr. 27: at Mount St. Mary’s, TBA
May 2: Loyola, 1
