Where have I seen this before?

Maryland traveling from right to left on your radio dial, late in the third quarter against Wake Forest.

The Terps face a third down inside the Demon Deacons 10. Even an incomplete pass sets up a short field goal that will give the game a sense of finality.

Last year, that third down was intercepted and brought back for a touchdown. This year, it was tossed out of the end zone and Obi Egekeze just came in and made a field goal to make it 19-0.

Wake’s response was to go three-and-out, with Riley Skinner overthrowing an open Marshall Williams on third down for what would have been a sure touchdown.

The third quarter just ended. Maryland up 19-0, and Josh Portis just got his first look of the day. He looked to pass before scrambling right.

Guess Maryland is trying its best to break all of its tendencies today —- including following the script of last year’s game against Wake.
