I’m not about to get on the Willy Korn bandwagon. But even as someone who is getting one good look at Clemson, it seems Cullen Harper isn’t quite the same.

But does it really matter? Harper is 5-for-8 for 70 yards and a pick. All three incompletions came on third down, and on all three occasions he overthrew Aaron Kelly.

Unofficially, Clemson is outgaining Maryland 273-94 in the first half. That’s downright terrible, yet somehow Maryland only trails by 11.

The Terps have a much better shot at staying in the game than they have any claim to (they do receive to start the second half). But after this display, it’s tough to say anything other than a couple Clemson fumbles have worked out well for Maryland.
