ANNAPOLIS —- Courtside at Alumni Hall, where Navy guard Romeo Garcia (hamstring) won’t play —- and might not give it a go until next week.

That’s a bit of a shame, because I was curious to see how the Midshipmen fared with the sophomore back in the lineup, even if it was in a limited role.

Anyway, his absence doesn’t change the fact Navy is in the middle of a four-game stretch in which it can create a little separation in the Patriot League. The Mids have already taken out Colgate and Bucknell on the road, and now get a pair of Pennsylvania schools (Lehigh and Lafayette) at home.

Get a sweep this week, and Navy will be in good shape to chase down at least the No. 3 seed. Navy would be 7-3, and at least two games clear of fourth place with four games to go.

Step one is tonight. Here’s the lineups:

NAVY (16-7, 5-3)

G-23-O.J. Avworo
G-5-Chris Harris
G-24-Kaleo Kina
F-33-Adam Teague
C-44-Mark Veazey

LEHIGH (13-9, 3-5)

G-1-Marquis Hall
G-15-Rob Keefer
G-32-Dave Buchberger
F-42-Phil Anderson
F-10-Zahir Carrington
