Just back from Tigertown, where I’m pretty sure the fans are still riding the officials, issuing commands to “call it both ways, ref” with Clemson up more than 20 in the final 10 minutes.

Seriously, no crowd if pro-referee. But I’m pretty sure that’s the most anti-official set of fans in the conference, and that’s after now four visits to Littlejohn Coliseum over the years.

Maybe being the only original member of the ACC not to win a conference tournament in the league’s first 55 or so years will do that to a fanbase.

Last night, obviously, the intervention of the officials was not necessary. Clemson rolled to a 93-64 victory, with most of the margin coming in the second half.

In terms of plus-minus, it was a team effort. Seven Terps landed between -14 and -18, which basically means Maryland was almost equally as shaky regardless of who was on the court.
