DURHAM, N.C. —- Was just out on the floor at Cameron Indoor Stadium chatting with Maryland video coordinator Matt Lisiewski about his absurd 100-hour weeks —- the life of a video coordinator sure is hectic —- when a familiar face passed by.

It was Jerome Burney. And he was in uniform.

Burney flashed a grin as he walked by, then went about his business. But it’s one step closer to playing for the sophomore, who has been out since early December with a stress fracture in his right foot.

The Crazies are trickling in now. That means it’s time to go snag a cheer sheet. More to come a little later.
