ATLANTA —- Maryland helped itself tonight. Big time.
The Terrapins bolstered their resume in a way few other bubble teams have in the last few days.

The trouble is events have conspired against them to keep things a little sketchy less than 48 hours before the 65-team field is unveiled.
The results so far from the A-10, Big 12 and Mountain West don’t particularly help Maryland. The SEC’s results pretty much were exactly what the Terps needed.
As for how things look —- well, I’ll take a good long look at it in the morning. More to come then after some well-earned sleep.
