Antawn Jamison this monring had an MRI done on his injured left thumb and learned that it’s a strain and that there is no further damage. He didn’t practice today, and is being called a game-time decision for tomorrow’s home game against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Jamison — who hurt the thumb in the first quarter while trying to catch a pass from Caron Butler only to have the hard shot awkwardly bend his thumb — said he hopes to play.

“It’s still kind of sore and bruised pretty badly, but we’ll see,” Jamison said. “They put some medicine on it right now, and I’m a fast healer, so we’ll see how this next 24 hours go.”
