Butler took part in shootaround this morning, and coach Ed Tapscott just said during his pre-game press conference that the swingman, who is averaging 20.0 points a game, will start.
With Butler back in the lineup, Mike James will move back to point guard, sending second-year player Javaris Crittenton back to the bench despite a solid 10-point, seven-assist performance on Friday night.
The Wizards also will start Dominic McGuire and Antawn Jamison at forward and Darius Songaila at center.
