It looks like the Redskins are in better shape injury-wise than they were on Thursday. NFL leading rusher Clinton Portis (knee, ribs} and top defensive tackle Cornelius Griffin (shoulder) returned to practice on Friday. Defensive end Andre Carter (foot) had his helmet and pads although he left calisthenics to work with the trainers. Middle linebacker/top tackler London Fletcher (foot) was on the field for the first time this week, albeit without helmet or pads. Only defensive tackle Kedric Golston (ankle) and linebacker Marcus Washington (ankle, already tuled out) were not on the field.
