If Clinton Portis can extend his streak of games with at least 120 rushing yards to five against Detroit’s 31st-ranke defense on Sunday, he’ll join Hall of Famer/convicted felon O.J. Simpson as the only backs to do so twice in their careers.
Portis put together such a streak during his final four games with Denver in 2003 and his Washington debut on Sept. 12, 2004. Simpson’s streaks came with Buffalo in 1973 and 1975.
