The NFL doesn’t enforce a no fraternizing with the enemy rule before games.

In fact, kickers have their own fraternity which is why the Redskins’ Shaun Suisham and the Rams’ Josh Brown were talking as they took turns attempting field goals at the same end of the field at noon. Suisham and Brown were joined by their holders and snappers.
