Rain could be falling for a fourth straight game for the Redskins tonight against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

There’s a 30 percent chance of showers tonight and it’s overcast downtown right now.

The buzz level for this game is less than zero. The game is blacked out in Jacksonville and a crowd of about 35,000 is expected. The Jaguars have already tarped over several upper deck sections for the regular season in an effort to avoid blackouts.

A couple of nuggets of info…

* DT Albert Haynesworth, CB Carlos Rogers, RB Clinton Portis and MLB London Fletcher appear to be the only four players ruled out so far.

* Don’t expect to see too much of the starters — maybe only a series.

* The Jaguars are 0-3 and will be starting rookies Ebon Britton and Eugene Monroe at the offensive tackle spots.

* I’ll have another 53-man projected roster in Friday’s paper. Here’s what I think the practice squad could look like:

QB Chase Daniel.

RB Marcus Mason.

OL Edwin Williams.

WR Keith Eloi.

LB Darrel Young.

CB Byron Westbrook.

DE Alex Buzbee.

DE J.D. Skolnitsky.
