The Wisconsin Supreme Court race is getting to the point of ridiculousness. Though Assistant Attorney General Prosser felt perfectly comfortable to declare victory after leading by a little over 200 votes, she refuses to concede the state wide race after it was discovered she was actually 7,300 votes behind Justice David Prosser.

Hot Air’s Allah Pundit points out how hypocritical the entire process has been since the fortune of the Kloppenburg campaign changed on the same day as she proclaimed she had won a seat on Wisconsin’s Supreme Court:


Via Gateway Pundit, here’s Kloppenburg the day after the election, before the Waukesha error was known, declaring victory for the second time already with a lead of just 200 or so votes. That was enough of a cushion to be confident in the result, apparently, but Prosser’s 7,000-vote lead? Well, that’s different.
