This undated photo provided by the Douglas County, Minn., Jail shows Thomas Barker. Barker was charged Thursday, Sept. 7, 2017 with multiple counts of kidnapping, criminal sexual conduct and false imprisonment after prosecutors say he kidnapped a 15 year-old girl Aug. 8, 2017, by tricking her into thinking he needed help. The Minnesota teenager was held captive for 29 days before she escaped and swam to safety. She had been locked in a closet, raped, bound by zip ties and shoved into a duffel bag as captors moved her after police knocked on the door. Barker was charged along with two other men in connection with the crimes. (Douglas County Jail via AP)
