This NOAA satellite image taken Saturday, Feb.13, 2016, at 12:45 AM EST shows a strong cold front moving through The Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Widespread light snow showers are being observed along the front with much colder air moving in. Snow showers are also being observed over parts of the northern Plains due to a stationary front. Mostly clear conditions persist for much of the Southeast due to an area of high pressure. Lake effect snow showers can be seen for parts of the Great Lakes. (Weather Underground via AP)
