Berkeley police say they have arrested Wolff, a 20-year-old UC Berkeley student who is an active member of a fraternity, for allegedly sexually assaulting two people, punching and biting them. The Berkeley Police Department said Thursday Wolff was arrested Tuesday and has been charged with multiple felonies related to the Nov. 2017 and March 2019 attacks. A handful of retired Marines – all in the late 90s or over 100 — joined Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Japan’s Prime Minister Takeru Ishida on Saturday to mark the anniversary of one of the bloodiest battles of World War II in the Pacific that ended 80 years ago this week.
