While only in office for a few months, Joe Biden has attempted to overturn all of the achievements of Donald Trump, whether political or judicial. For those concerned by the ultimate judicial actions of President Biden, the U.S. Supreme Court, with former President Trump’s appointees, will be a barrier generally — but not always.

Unfortunately for Israel, Mr. Biden’s appointments have shown a favored tendency toward candidates from the progressive wing of the Democratic Party, with all that implies for the future. Of concern for the supporters of Israel, Mr. Biden’s appointees have demonstrated for the most part not only an anti-Israel agenda but statements that approach anti-Semitism. Democratic supporters of Israel need to respond by whatever means available, including voting against such appointees in conjunction with their Republican peers.
