The one question every voter should ask themselves before casting their ballot is whether they believe in competition. Everyone who has ever been in sports knows the answer. Competition is what makes you better. It is what makes you work harder. The federal government has none and that is why it is bloated and inefficient.

We must change the status quo from the federal government telling taxpayers, “We are going to take all of this money from you and you need to figure out how to get along” to taxpayers telling the government, “We are going to keep all of this but we will give you this amount, and now you have to figure out how to get along.”

The only way that will ever happen is by keeping Republican majorities in both the House and Senate. I have never voted for a Democrat in my life because I know the more Republicans I vote for, the better the odds are of keeping more of what I make.

All you have to do to see that this is true is look at the last Balanced Budget Amendment vote. Almost every single Democrat voted against it. The only reason anyone would vote against it is if they loved spending taxpayer’s hard-earned income.
