Saudi Arabia ends death penalty for minors

Saudi Arabia will no longer allow the death penalty as a punishment for people who have committed a crime as a minor, the country's human rights commission announced Monday.

USS Kidd sees spike in new coronavirus cases

The new coronavirus has struck a second U.S. Navy ship -- the USS Kidd -- with 47 crewmembers aboard the destroyer having tested positive for the respiratory disease.
