Lynn Sweet gets results

MEMPHIS — Okay, this is too funny.

Earlier today, Lynn Sweet of the Chicago Sun-Times blogged that an Obama text message was urging voters to watch the debate on CNN.

She wrote: “Why did the Obama campaign want to endorse one outlet when so many are showing the debate here at the University of Mississippi?”

Just now, Team Obama sent a second text message:

Watch Barack debate John McCain tonight at 9pm ET on any of the major networks or cable.

I’m covering the McCain-Obama face off from here at a watch party that will include supporters for both candidates.

Please make sure to send your observations, thoughts and, of course, who you think emerges the winner.
