The DNC is going positive with a new forward-looking television ad showcasing its view of President Obama’s achievements during the first 100 days.

It shows Obama making promises on the campaign trail, and some of those fulfilled.

Here’s the “A Foundation for Change” spot, which will air on national cable and in Washington Tuesday and Wednesday.

A DNC source says the idea behind the ad is to look forward “to the work that remains to be done in continuing to right the economy — helping to create the next generation of green jobs, ensuring affordable health care, and ensuring that we remain globally competitive.”
