Case: Craig Elvis Rumble v. State of New Jersey, et al

Filed: April 19, 2011

“Plaintiff’s complaint lists a series of encounters with police, arrests and tickets issued by various authorities in New Jersey and New York, as well as a parking ticket issued in the District of Columbia, between April 2009 and February 2011.

“During this time period, plaintiff allegedly has been hospitalized and forcibly medicated … has received a death threat … has been the victim of a hate crime … and has been photographed and videotaped without permission.

“As compensation for the ‘controlled internal corruption involving New Jersey and New York authorities’ evidenced by the events set forth in the complaint… plaintiff demands damages of $950 billion.”
