The Washington Times - August 18, 2009, 11:34AM

Here’s a date that was floating all summer.

Now, William & Mary has gone ahead and confirmed it.

The Tribe will visit Comcast Center on Dec. 30 in their final nonconference game of the season. It’ll be the schools’ first meeting since December 2001.

William & Mary reached the CAA title game in 2008, but regressed to 10-20 (with an RPI of 245) a season ago. So again, this might not be much of an RPI help for Maryland.

The updated partial schedule:

Nov. 3: Indiana, Pa. (exhibition)
Nov. 17: Fairfield
Nov. 23: at Chaminade, 9:30
Nov. 24: vs. Cincinnati/Vanderbilt at Maui Invitational
