The ACC prominently honors an old player from each of its 12 schools in football and men’s basketball each season as part of its legends program.
Today, the conference announced former Maryland center Kevin Glover would be the Terrapins’ representative.

Glover, as many loyal readers know, went on to a long pro career with the Detroit Lions and is now Maryland’s director of character education.
Glover joins Jack Scarbath, Randy White, Dick Shiner and Stan Jones as Maryland’s representatives in the five-year-old program.
