A quick weekly update on the D1scourse Challenge, where the Ill Tempered Seabass was the winner yesterday. The key: Not pegging Southern California as a lopsided favorite and allocating more points to other games.

He finished with 224 of a possible 231 points and is encouraged to submit a mailbag question. I’d bet it would have something to do with Maryland’s loss to Middle Tennessee, but that’s no sure thing.

Overall, Slatter has taken a one-point lead over myself and Week 2 winner hubterp1. There are still nine participants within 10 points of the lead and 19 within 20 points.
